7</title><content type='html'>&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;as salam semua,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;menu berbuka &amp;amp; bersahur adalah lebih kurang serupa klu tak ayam mesti ikan stim + sayur-mayur ...hehe malas haku nak taip cumanya berbuka pada hari ke 6 iaitu hari sabtu je saya makan &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;nasi&lt;/span&gt;! hehe tetiba terliur &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;nasi minyak + ayam masak merah + acar timun&lt;/span&gt;... mak saya masak ye, saya tukang tulun kupas kulit bwg etc je la... erkk sedap gilak...tp pasai en somi dah bising2 ingatkan misi &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;PROGRAM DIET RAMADHAN&lt;/span&gt; INI &lt;/a&gt;apa lagi bila ada plak PROGRAM DIET RAMADHAN terus smgt nak join...mudah-mudahan berjaya la kurangkan sket berat badan... saya ni penakut nak amik2 ubat ni...huhu konon2 nak diet semula jadi tp teknik pun tak berapa nak betul... huwaaa mahal rupanya makanan utk org berdiet ni....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;semalam 1/8/2011 hari pertama program ini. so nak hapdet menu berbuka dan bersahur semlm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;berbuka:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;sayur campur 1 mangkuk (besar)&lt;br /&gt;ayam masak stim (4 ketul kecik2)&lt;br /&gt;air suam  + air tembikai ( xde gula)&lt;br /&gt;kuih bingka pandan 1 potong&lt;br /&gt;kurma 1 biji ( saiz XXL)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;sahur :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;nasi satu senduk ( anggaran dlm 5-6 suap)&lt;br /&gt;ikan selar masak kicap + ulam &amp;amp; loya... p kinik tgk ramai org p kedai tu dl teh o... lupa nak bgtau saya ni tak suka benda manis + masin.... tp saya tetaplah dpt penyakit kencing manis masa mengandung dulu... faktor keturunan gak ke? hahaha tp syukur lepas beranak ilang suma tu...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ok sambung cerita semula.... masa saya kena tekanan darah rendah tu... doktor yg periksa pun tkejut... kandungan gula dlm darah saya ialah 1 sahaja, doktor kata klu drop bawah pada 1... saya boleh koma... mak aaaii dasat... patutlah sakit kepala tak hilang... syukur saya minum dl sebelum jumpa doktor.. sejak dr itu saya kana pastikan saya makan gula2 setiap hari kalau saya tak amik minuman manis... serik rasanya.... sakit pun lain mcm sket...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;berbalik pada perenggan yg paling atas.. kini tibalah masanya saya kembali bertekad utk kurangkan berat badan.... saya dah mulakan 2 hari ni... insya-Allah minggu dpn start puasa ganti + puasa sunat setiap senin dan khamis klu takde event la kt opis..kang tak larat plak nak buat kerjakan....  makan pun bila rasa lapar... 2 jam sekali minum air masak + kunyah biskut/kismis/buah2 kering or buah2 segar... pagi2 saya minum madu 2 sudu.. dan mlm2 mkm multivitamin + vitamin c... makan nasi plak 2 sudu je...lauk lebihhhhhhhhhhhh kang mana nak dtg tenagakan klu tak makan... insya-Allah semoga saya berjaya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oh ya lupa lg nak cerita...rabu baru ni saya p kinik...doktor kata saya ketagori OBESITI... wuhaaaaaaa sedihhhhhhh benci tgk penimbang tau&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;tinggi saya 160cm&lt;br /&gt;berat saya 67 kilogram...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;doktor kata berat saya yg molek ialah 55kg...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;klu saya dpt 58 kg pun ok tp saya dlm ketagori over weight... huhuhu saya kena buang 12kg tu... hope berjaya... doakan saya ye... kali ni saya ikut nasihat doktor supaya dlm masa 2 bulan ni saya dpt kurangkan 6 kg berat badan... amin....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oklah panjang dah bebel kali ni.... saya hapdet seminggu sekali ye ...ada lg rupanya org jengok blog diet saya ni... smgt2  ...thanks ye..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;minggu ni 67 kilogram.... hope jumaat dpn akan jadi 65 or 64 kilogram....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; sonoknya..semua tu tinggal kenangan...abah dah dekat 2 thn meninggal :(  rindunya pada abah...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;km juga biasa mkn landak, rusa &amp;amp; kancil..abah aku ada senapang okeh... so blh berburu... sedapp yummeh... owhh terliur la...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ok berbalik semula pada cerita asal.. oleh kerana aku dah &lt;strike&gt;ter&lt;/strike&gt;beli ikan sungai smlm bersama petai..dan mak aku pun ada kt umah.. aku suh dia masak gulai lemak cili api ikan sungai + petai.. &lt;strike?fav&gt; hehehe...maka dgn itu aku &lt;strike&gt;terpaksa&lt;/strike&gt; makan nasi malam jer..pasalnya..tahap kesihatan aku x mcm org normal... aku ni kurang gula sket je terus rasa kebas2.. dl aku penah kurang gula yg gile2 lah.. sampai aku pening + loya.. dr. pun check gula dlm darah aku.. korang tahu bape??? 1.4 jer.. dr kata klu bwh pada 1 aku akan koma.. aduss sentap aku.... aku rasa dia naik 1.4 tu pun pasal aku br lepas minum teh o...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;aku ni mmg dr dl lg x suka manis.. masalah betoi.. dl masa blajar pun aku penah pitam dlm bas... pasalnya pd tu aku just bfast mkn megi kosong.. minum air kosong... bising dr..hahaha masa tu pusat kesihatan masih lg di kolej seroja 2.... hurmmm sejal tu aku sentiasa beringat kena cpt2 minum benda manis klu dah rasa kebas2.. dr suh aku mkn gula2 je...setiap bape jam sekali.. tp aku ni malas.... hahaha  kdg2 aku sakit kepala yg dasyat..sebab kurang gula... nape aku kata dasyat?? sebabnya time dah kena tu klu x cepat mkn ubat..aku akan sakit kepala yg mmg rasa mcm aku nak toreh je kulit kepala..time tu mkn la ubat apa pun..x jalan.... seksa sggh...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;mcm2 penyakit aku kan... dugaan aku... dl zaman sekolah x yah kira la..2-3 bulan sekali aku msk wad..kt hkl plak tu... sian mak aku ...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ni menu aku mkn smlm...diet sgtlah konon...hahahaha&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;pagi - bihun goreng + tempoyak ikan patin&lt;br /&gt;lunch - burger mcd :P&lt;br /&gt;ptg- roti berat aku 42kg je.. huduh benor... pastu nak kawen aku target 45kg.. naik okeh.. pastu aku target lg 48kg.. oklahkan just nice.. xdela kering sgt.. pastu peknen terus naik sampai jd 70++kg.. hohoho tinggi terhadap berat badan aku yang makin menjadi maka terhasillah blog ni. blog ini bertujuan agar aku sentiasa ingat akan target aku utk mengurangkan berat badan...bukan nak kurus ye nak kurang sket je...  ngeri woo bila ngat semula dlm masa x sampai 3 tahun berat aku boleh naik sampai 20kg!!! huhuhuhu okeh sebenarnyakan belum sampai masa nya aku berdiet ..tp aku buat blog ni awal2lah supaya aku x tpesong ..buat masa ni aku dah kurangkan pengambilan nasi.. xde la tkejut perut aku nanti..hek hek hek&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;aku target nak mula 1/12/2009 .... makanya blog ni belum rasmi lagilah ye.. insya-Allah pasni aku akan tepek apa sahaja yang aku makan, dan hari2 aku akan cuba tulis apa yang aku makan bserta kuantiti, senaman aku serta seminggu sekali berat terkini aku...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;benda yang paling berat yang aku rasa tak berapa nak boleh buat ialah x boleh makan NASI !!!tp aku akan cuba sehabis daya gak ... ni kira aku amik inspirasi dari kwn2 yang masuk cabaran 99HTN tu lah.. terus smgt aku tau nak gak kurangkan berat badan aku ni.. moga2 aku berjaya..aminnn...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;kepada kawan2 dietku..
